Job Summary:
TeKnowledge is looking for a Modern Work & Copilot Technology Sales Specialist to lead the technical sales process for Microsoft Copilot and Power App Applications. This on-site full-time role is based in Dubai and focuses on driving business transformation through tailored Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and present Microsoft Copilot and Power App-based solutions.

• Design, propose, and deliver demos, presentations, and workshops aligned with client goals.

• Provide strategic insights for process optimization and efficiency improvement.

• Consult on adoption programs and advanced use cases for Microsoft Copilot Studio across industries.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams for solution delivery.

• Respond to RFPs and support pre-sales activities with technical expertise.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitive tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in pre-sales, customer success, or similar roles.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Power Apps.

• Proven ability to design and implement Microsoft-based solutions.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Copilot and Power Apps.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with AI-driven, cloud-based customer engagement solutions.

• Industry knowledge in retail, finance, healthcare, or technology.

• Spanish and English proficiency (especially for LATAM-focused roles).
