AWS Distribution is seeking a Mobile Technician with skills in mobile device repair and troubleshooting. The company is holding walk-in interviews for a position that requires diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, including replacing components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and performing micro-soldering. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of UAE experience and a strong customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues.

• Use diagnostic tools/software to accurately pinpoint problems.

• Replace or repair components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, buttons, etc.

• Clean devices to remove dust, debris, or moisture.

• Disassemble and reassemble mobile devices skillfully.

• Perform soldering or micro-soldering for small component repairs.

• Retrieve data from malfunctioning or damaged devices.

• Test all functions after repair to ensure proper operation.

• Conduct quality control to meet standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.

• Record repair details, parts used, and customer information.

• Stay current with new mobile technologies and repair techniques.
