Job Overview:

A growing mobile service center in Deira, Dubai is hiring Mobile Technicians (L2 to L4 levels) to join its expert repair team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing iPhones and Android smartphones — from basic component swaps to advanced chip-level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

L2 – Basic Repair Technician

• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, and other common components.

• Conduct basic diagnostics and repair routine faults in iOS and Android devices.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation.

• Log all repairs with accuracy and ensure timely job completion.

L3 – Intermediate Repair Technician

• Handle mid-level repairs like water damage, camera or Face ID issues, and board-level component replacements.

• Run thorough diagnostics using multimeters and lab equipment.

• Support L2 technicians with technical guidance and workflow prioritization.

• Ensure high-quality repair standards and minimal rework.

L4 – Advanced Chip-Level Repair Technician

• Perform motherboard-level repairs including micro-soldering, IC replacements, and logic board fault isolation.

• Utilize boardview tools and schematic diagrams to resolve deep hardware issues.

• Repair complex faults on iPhones and flagship Android devices.

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of repair protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in smartphone hardware repairs (1–6 years depending on level).

• L2: Skilled in routine part replacements and ESD safety.

• L3: Strong mid-level diagnostic abilities and experience with non-chip board work.

• L4: Advanced chip-level skills in soldering, reballing, and schematic interpretation.

• Organized, quality-focused, and able to manage tasks independently.

• Good communication, teamwork, and time management.

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 – 5,000 (₹56,251 – ₹112,501)
