DLR Group, a leading integrated design firm, is seeking a Mission Critical Design Leader to manage the design and development of large-scale data centers, emergency call centers, industrial, and manufacturing projects. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, maintaining project quality, and ensuring financial health while working in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate design disciplines to develop technical solutions.
• Mentor architectural staff and guide them through professional practice.
• Manage project documentation, adherence to standards, and claim prevention.
• Ensure quality control and compliance throughout all project stages.
• Work directly with project managers, designers, and engineers for conceptual development.
• Travel occasionally for project-related tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect in Data Center, Industrial, and Warehouse projects.
• 5+ years of experience working on 10+ MW data center buildings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design.
• Proficiency in REVIT and CAD for modeling and rendering.
• Licensed Architect with eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

💰 Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 USD per year
