First Milestone Technology is hiring a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and basic accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data dashboards, preparing analytical reports, and supporting finance operations through insightful performance metrics and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting

• Develop and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales, inventory, revenue, and KPIs

• Manage and validate databases and data sources for accuracy and reliability

• Build interactive dashboards using Excel or BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik for leadership reporting

Accounting Support & Analysis

• Collaborate with the finance team to interpret financial data and support account reporting

• Assist with variance analysis, account aging, and budget vs actual comparisons

• Contribute to financial summaries and management reports

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros/VBA, Power Query, and Power Pivot

• Solid foundation in accounting fundamentals (journal entries, financial statements, reconciliations)

• Experience using database and BI tools: MS Access, SQL, Power BI, or Qlik

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills to present data to non-technical audiences

• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage ad-hoc reporting requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS, analytics, or combined MIS and finance support roles

• Prior experience in UAE/GCC regional reporting standards is preferred

Nice-to-Haves:

• Certification or experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

• Background in sectors such as retail, real estate, logistics, or finance
