Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Middleware Test Manager for a leading global organization in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in test management, specializing in API testing within Mulesoft and IBM MQ environments.

This is a client-side role based in Dubai with two hiring models available:

• India-based candidates: Hired as full-time employees (FTE) on the client’s payroll in India, with visa-sponsored relocation to Dubai.

• UAE-based candidates: Offered a 1-year contract (renewable) with visa and medical insurance (dependent visa not included).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing for middleware platforms including Mulesoft and IBM MQ.

• Design, develop, and execute API test strategies (automation/manual).

• Oversee defect management, reporting, and QA metrics.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure middleware testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards.

• Guide a team of testers and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Ensure compliance with banking domain requirements and standards.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in test management, specifically in the banking domain.

• Expertise in API Testing within Mulesoft environments.

• Experience with IBM MQ Testing (manual or automation).

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
