DigiHelic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is actively hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant for its Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role suited for professionals with 2–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Procurement modules.

As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will play a vital role in system customization, integration, end-user support, and ensuring optimal deployment of FinOps solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather, assess, and document business requirements.

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Procurement modules.

• Provide training and support to end-users across business units.

• Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.

• Develop, maintain, and update system configuration documentation.

• Stay up to date with new features and enhancements in Dynamics 365.

• Assist with data migration and system integration with other platforms.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant.

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Procurement modules.

• Deep understanding of procurement workflows and finance operations.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
