Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. If you have 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Service implementations and a strong ability to configure, optimize, and automate business processes, this role is for you.

As a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders, implement cutting-edge CRM solutions, and ensure seamless business process automation using Power Automate and Microsoft D365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 CRM Implementation & Optimization:

• Deploy and enhance Microsoft D365 CRM Service solutions.

• Configure CRM entities, relationships, and workflows to meet business needs.

⚡ Automation & Process Improvement:

• Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate.

• Identify opportunities for CRM optimization and automation.

🤝 Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into CRM solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on CRM Service implementation and best practices.

🛠 Technical Troubleshooting & Documentation:

• Diagnose and resolve CRM-related issues to ensure smooth operation.

• Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and best practices for future improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ 5-7 years of experience in a techno-functional role with Microsoft D365 CRM.
✔ Proven expertise in CRM Service implementation and entity configuration.
✔ Hands-on experience with Power Automate for business process automation.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
➕ Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
➕ Knowledge of Azure integrations and cloud-based CRM solutions.
