Job Title: Micros Administrator

Job Description:
A leading F&B establishment in Abu Dhabi is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Micros Administrator to manage menu uploads, digital displays, and POS system updates. This role requires a blend of IT skills, graphic design expertise, and F&B industry experience to ensure smooth system operations and visually appealing menu presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage menus and food item images on the Micros POS system.
• Ensure accuracy and visual appeal of digital menu displays.
• Coordinate with kitchen and marketing teams for menu updates and rollouts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS-related issues as needed.
• Use basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) to enhance menu visuals.
• Provide training and support to staff on POS features.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in an F&B or restaurant environment is a must.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Micros POS systems and content uploading.
• Design Knowledge: Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
• Communication: Strong English skills (Arabic is a plus but not required).
• Education: Degree in IT, Design, Business, or a related field.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
