About the Role:
We are looking for Merchant Acquisition Specialists to join our growing team across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural communicator, thrives in sales, and enjoys working with innovative technology. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants while driving revenue growth for Nomod.

Key Responsibilities:

📈 Merchant Acquisition & Sales

• Identify and develop leads to onboard new merchants.

• Pitch and sell Nomod’s technology-driven payment solutions.

• Provide hands-on support during merchant onboarding, including verification and first transactions.

🚀 Growth & Business Development

• Identify creative strategies to expand merchant acquisition and increase transaction volumes.

• Build strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs.

• Educate merchants on how Nomod’s payment solutions can enhance their operations.

💡 Process & Feedback Management

• Continuously refine sales processes to enhance efficiency.

• Gather and analyze merchant feedback to improve our offerings.

• Represent merchant interests by providing insights to the product and development teams.

🌍 Collaboration & Learning

• Work in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.

• Learn and stay updated on financial technology trends affecting merchants.

• Take ownership of projects and have opportunities for career growth in a high-growth startup.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
✔ Previous experience in merchant acquisition, fintech, banking, or field sales is a plus.
✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or the Northern Emirates market.
✔ UAE driving license is required.
✔ Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
✔ Proactive, energetic, and thrives in a problem-solving environment.
✔ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (Google Docs, Chrome, Gmail, etc.).
✔ Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
✔ Ability to work in a fully remote and distributed organization.
