Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced and proactive Motorbike Merchandisers to manage in-store product displays, stock availability, and trade relationships across various retail locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the visibility and availability of FMCG products, following merchandising standards, and driving product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper stock rotation and adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) to manage near expiry and damaged goods.

• Execute display setups and promotion drives across assigned retail outlets.

• Ensure full availability of listed SKUs in every store with adequate stock pressure.

• Manage trade returns efficiently and within agreed limits.

• Follow the daily journey plan, maintain reporting schedules, and respect duty hours.

• Actively support new store openings, ensuring brand visibility and shelf placement.

• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to plan inventory and product assortment.

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and analysts to manage pricing, stock levels, and timelines.

• Maintain store layout, replenish shelves, and monitor inventory movement.

• Implement markdowns, clearances, and price changes as needed.

• Build strong relationships with store staff and channel partners to increase brand presence.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidates with 2 to 5 years of UAE experience in a similar or related FMCG merchandising role.

• Minimum qualification: High School Certificate or Diploma.

• Excellent grooming, hygiene, and customer interaction skills.

• Strong communication in English and Hindi.

• Valid UAE Motorbike Driving License and ownership of a motorbike.

• Willingness to work in different Emirates as per business needs.

• Familiar with UAE retail trade dynamics and merchandising techniques.

• Basic Salary + Commission + Overtime
