Job Description:
ENGIE is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to lead day-to-day mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing team performance. The role includes supervising repair, inspection, and improvement tasks in alignment with international maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily mechanical maintenance operations on-site.

• Ensure preventive maintenance scheduling and coordination with operations and maintenance teams.

• Issue work orders for troubleshooting and repairs.

• Recommend and implement facility improvement initiatives to increase plant availability.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations.

• Supervise the usage and availability of tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

• Communicate job statuses, timelines, and assistance needs across departments.

• Lead subordinate staff and ensure training, safety, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC.

• Strong knowledge of international mechanical maintenance standards.

• Experience with valve operations and heavy lifting.

• Certified in safety protocols including confined space entry and high-radiation exposure.

• Strong decision-making, time management, and team leadership skills.

• Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to manage maintenance programs under pressure, including during breakdowns and shutdowns.

• Proficient in scheduling, planning, and prioritizing technical work activities.
