A Confidential company in Dubai is seeking a qualified MEP Supervisor to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations. This full-time, on-site role involves both supervisory and hands-on responsibilities to ensure efficient building systems maintenance and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform maintenance of HVAC systems and MEP trades.

• Direct and oversee MEP personnel and ensure job completion.

• Plan materials, layout, and manpower requirements for daily tasks and projects.

• Monitor and report on heating fuel levels weekly.

• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities.

• Handle work orders, estimate time and material requirements.

• Ensure adherence to safety practices and provide training as required.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop area.

• Support external contractors on small-scale projects and ensure compliance.

• Respond to community requests and manage them efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MEP supervision and hands-on technical knowledge.

• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.

• Leadership and team coordination experience.

• Ability to estimate, plan, and execute maintenance and minor project work.
