Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in industrial oil & gas construction projects in the UAE. The role also requires basic civil construction knowledge to support coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site MEP work (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in accordance with project specifications and HSE standards.

• Coordinate daily activities with civil and structural teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor work progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical issues.

• Manage materials, tools, and manpower for assigned tasks.

• Prepare daily reports and update project managers on site progress.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety measures on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of MEP supervision experience, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, power, lighting, plumbing, ELV, etc.).

• Basic knowledge in civil construction activities and interface requirements.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols in oil & gas environments.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ADNOC or similar industrial standards is a plus.
