• UpMan Placements is hiring an experienced MEP Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with over 8 years of experience in MEP, specifically related to swimming pools, water features, Jacuzzis, and splash pads in the UAE. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of water features, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, and splash pads.

• Ensure designs are feasible and comply with technical and regulatory standards.

• Conduct technical meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.

• Develop project plans and schedules for materials, manpower, and equipment.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project milestones and delivery timelines.

• Manage all project documentation, including drawings and reports.

• Handle material submittals and secure consultant/client approvals.

• Perform quantity take-offs and create procurement specifications.

• Utilize ERP systems for material requests and ensure procedural compliance.

• Monitor and control material, manpower, and equipment costs.

• Apply value engineering to reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Oversee quality and productivity throughout project execution.

• Address technical or operational challenges efficiently.

• Manage client communications and address concerns promptly.

• Provide regular project progress updates during coordination meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 8+ years of relevant MEP experience in the UAE, especially in swimming pools and water features.

• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in ERP systems and construction documentation.
