Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) to oversee MEP works for our high-end villa renovation and new build projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong project execution skills, technical expertise, and coordination abilities to ensure high-quality MEP installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and inspect all MEP works from the design phase to construction.

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work accuracy and sequencing.

• Review Mechanical/Electrical Installations & Shop Drawings for compliance with project requirements and civil defense regulations.

• Work closely with the MEP Consultant to resolve design and site-related issues efficiently.

• Ensure that all construction and fit-out drawings are reviewed and approved.

• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 5-8 years of MEP execution experience in high-end villa construction or renovation projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of MEP equipment, materials, and work techniques.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Project Management Software (MS Project/Primavera) is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Must be based in Dubai.
