🏢 About the Company:

Novus Project Management Services, in collaboration with MADOTA Technical Services, specializes in end-to-end project management for high-end villa design and build projects across Dubai’s most prestigious locations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all MEP works from design stage to execution, ensuring project alignment and timely delivery.

• Coordinate effectively with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work quality, sequencing, and contract compliance.

• Review Mechanical Installation Proposals and Shop Drawings for compliance with contract drawings, statutory regulations, and coordination with other disciplines.

• Handle technical design/site issues, liaising with MEP consultants to implement timely solutions.

• Review all construction and fit-out drawings thoroughly for execution.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, HSE standards, and project timelines.

• Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy across all MEP-related documentation and drawings.

• Foster team collaboration while demonstrating strong independent work ethics.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in MEP execution for high-end villa construction or renovation projects.

• Strong expertise in MEP systems, construction techniques, and material knowledge.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai building codes, civil defense regulations, and statutory authority requirements.

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.

• Ability to interpret complex MEP and architectural drawings.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 12,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
