Al Awael Building Contracting Company is hiring an MEP Estimator to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires preparing accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in estimation software, and prior experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze MEP project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors to assess project scope and feasibility.

• Use estimation software and tools to generate accurate cost calculations.

• Identify potential cost-saving measures while maintaining project quality.

• Prepare and present bids, tenders, and cost analysis reports.

• Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and labor rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an MEP Estimator in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
