We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Draughtsman to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting & HVAC) using AutoCAD and related tools.

• Collaborate with design engineers to integrate MEP services with architectural and structural layouts.

• Apply thorough understanding of local authority regulations including DM, DCD, DDA, and other UAE standards.

• Develop layouts, sections, and details for MEP systems including coordination with all services and equipment rooms.

• Ensure all drawings align with project specifications, design intent, and client requirements.

• Manage Xref files and coordinate updated drawings within multidisciplinary teams.

• Assist in authority submissions and adapt designs based on regulatory feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman, preferably in a consultancy environment.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, piping and duct sizing tools, and MEP-specific software.

• Prior experience in consultant design firms with a minimum of 3 years preferred.

• Familiarity with UAE building codes and submission procedures (DM/DCD/DDA).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

• Must submit an updated CV and portfolio.
