About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused MEP Draftsman to support our interior fit-out operations. You will be responsible for preparing and coordinating MEP shop drawings, ensuring seamless integration of systems in luxury interiors, particularly in F&B and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP shop, coordination, and as-built drawings as per project specifications.

• Coordinate closely with architectural and interior design teams to align systems with the overall layout.

• Ensure compliance with local authority codes and project standards.

• Attend site coordination meetings and assist in resolving on-site challenges.

• Update and revise drawings based on consultant and client feedback.

• Conduct site inspections to verify accuracy and adherence to approved plans.

• Maintain and organize project drawing databases.

• Prepare sketches, submittal drawings, and as-built records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out/F&B contracting field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong grasp of MEP design and integration.

• Ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed engineering drawings.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication, team collaboration, and time management skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
