Join a highly respected Main Contractor that is part of a financially robust group delivering iconic projects across the UAE, including high-rise towers, mixed-use communities, luxury villas, and retail and leisure developments. We are seeking an accomplished MEP Director to take full leadership of MEP strategy, execution, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of high-value developments based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) functions across multiple complex construction projects.

• Direct internal MEP teams and manage relationships with external subcontractors and consultants.

• Oversee the entire MEP project lifecycle—from design review, procurement, installation, and testing to commissioning and handover.

• Ensure delivery of all systems meets project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and regulatory compliance (QHSE, RERA, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).

• Resolve technical challenges and provide expert advice across all MEP disciplines.

• Collaborate with the project leadership team to align MEP delivery with overall construction goals.

• Lead cost planning, risk management, value engineering, and contract oversight for MEP packages.

• Act as the client-facing technical authority for all MEP-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in MEP roles, including on high-rise and large-scale developments.

• Proven ability to lead major projects from concept to handover.

• Previous experience working for leading main contractors or tier-1 MEP subcontractors.

• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, local authority regulations, international standards, and sustainable practices.

• Track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary MEP teams and subcontractors.

• Strong commercial acumen, project controls understanding, and value engineering mindset.

• High-level leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

• Based in the UAE or available for relocation.
