• Elements MEP is actively hiring a seasoned MEP Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is vital for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various projects. The position acts as a bridge between design, procurement, quantity surveying, site execution, and client communication.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design accuracy, material approval, workflow synchronization, and site implementation, playing a key role from concept to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the MEP design team, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project specs

• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure design compliance

• Coordinate between design, QS, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless execution

• Manage material selection, approval, and timely procurement processes

• Ensure site teams are aligned with design requirements and execution standards

• Represent the company in client and contractor meetings to ensure coordination success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field

• UAE experience is mandatory with a proven track record in MEP coordination

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively across departments and with clients

• Capable of managing both office-based planning and on-site execution
