AIC Contracting, part of the Khamas Group, is a leading construction and contracting company delivering high-quality projects across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for our projects in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring that installations meet project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the installation and integration of MEP systems across projects.

• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and regulations.

• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for effective planning and project management.

• Oversee project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong MEP coordination skills, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing expertise.

• Experience in plumbing and building services.

• Proficiency in BIM tools for planning and execution.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in construction or contracting industry is a plus.
