Employment Type: Full Time | 6-Month Contract (Immediate Start)

Our client, a leading Tier 1 MEP Contracting company, is seeking skilled MEP BIM Modelers to join their team for a landmark high-rise and 5-star hospitality project in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals with proven expertise in BIM modeling and coordination within major construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models (MEP & HVAC) up to LOD 450, including clash detection and coordination.

• Prepare detailed MEP building services layouts and shop drawings.

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

• Review, identify, and resolve discrepancies in drawings.

• Produce 3D architectural and structural models from 2D drawings, including clash detection.

• Generate render views, walkthroughs, and engineering calculations for ducts, pipes, cables, and more.

• Conduct site visits for measurements and prepare as-built documentation.

• Extract BOQs, schedules, and detailed reports for all MEP components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of proven BIM modeling/drafting experience.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D; experience with Navisworks for clash detection.

• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background.

• Previous experience on GCC high-rise or hospitality projects.

• Solid knowledge of BIM fundamentals, principles, and workflows.
