UFC GYM UAE, a premium fitness center inspired by the world of mixed martial arts (MMA), is hiring a Membership Specialist in Dubai. The gym combines cutting-edge training equipment with specialized programs to help members achieve their fitness and wellness goals. This role is focused on sales, customer engagement, and membership growth while delivering excellent service to all gym members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads to drive membership sales.

• Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing members.

• Assist in sales presentations, onboarding, and membership renewals.

• Support training and fitness program promotions.

• Communicate effectively with members to ensure a positive gym experience.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of membership sales and targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a membership consultant.

• Strong background in sales (fitness or hospitality industry preferred).

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of fitness programs and gym equipment is a plus.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Must be based in the UAE with a valid visa status.
