Fitness First Middle East, a leading fitness and health club brand, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Membership Consultant to join their Dubai team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a vital part in driving membership growth while delivering exceptional customer service to both members and prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and interpersonal skills, the ability to work towards set targets, and a passion for promoting fitness and healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.

• Present and explain membership options clearly to potential new members.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and non-members alike.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales.

• Apply the 8 stages of a sale effectively to close deals.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company sales ratios to maximize performance.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
