Fitness First Middle East is seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Consultant to join its team in Dubai. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, guiding potential members through membership options, and driving new membership growth. This position requires a strong understanding of the sales process and an ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets through a hands-on, customer-focused approach in line with company objectives

Present and explain membership options clearly to potential new members

Deliver excellent customer service to both members and non-members

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales initiatives

Understand and implement the 8 stages of a sale process effectively

Maintain strong knowledge of company sales ratios and performance metrics
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, ideally within the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for fitness and wellness

Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of sales processes and performance tracking
