Spartans Boxing Club – JLT/Arjan is on the lookout for a Membership Sales Consultant to join our growing fitness community. If you’re a results-driven go-getter with a passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, ideal for individuals with strong sales instincts, great communication skills, and a desire to be part of a positive, high-energy environment. A valid UAE driving license is a must for this role.
As a Membership Consultant, your primary responsibility is to grow our membership base, generate leads, and develop valuable partnerships to promote wellness in the community.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new membership sales through proactive outreach and face-to-face engagement.

Identify, follow up, and convert leads via walk-ins, digital marketing, referrals, and local events.

Build and maintain corporate partnerships for group memberships and wellness programs.

Track and manage leads and performance using CRM tools (training provided).

Collaborate with the Gym Manager to align on monthly targets and sales strategy.

Represent Spartans Boxing Club with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on community-building.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or business development (fitness industry preferred).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.

Confident in presentations and face-to-face selling.

Comfortable with outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Passion for fitness, community engagement, and personal development.

Valid UAE driving license is required.
