Member Service Representative (Part-Time) – NAS Sigonella
Navy Federal Credit Union Dubai , UAE

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative to join its team at NAS Sigonella. In this role, you will support members by providing the full range of financial products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit/debit cards. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and the ability to operate in a dynamic financial environment. 💰 Pay Range: $19/hr – $22/hr
🕐 Hours: Part-Time (20–25+ hours weekly, Monday–Saturday; additional hours required during training)
📍 Location: US Naval Air Station II, Bldg 542, Sigonella, Sicily 95100, IT (with potential reassignment to nearby branches)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide members with counseling on available products and services.

  • Assist members in opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other products.

  • Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.

  • Identify cross-service opportunities to enhance member relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and financial policies.

  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

  • Maintain security when handling cash and negotiable instruments.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to build relationships with professionalism, trust, and tact.

  • Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments.

  • Strong decision-making, judgment, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Comfortable working independently and in a team.

  • Tech-savvy with experience navigating multiple systems efficiently.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
