Dubai Institute of People (DIP) is seeking distinguished senior leaders to join its Board of Advisors. This is a volunteer, unpaid role with a one-year term, offering an opportunity to guide the institute’s strategic direction, enhance credibility, and influence professional development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, non-binding strategic advice on curriculum, market trends, and institute initiatives.

• Enhance the institute’s reputation through professional credibility and industry standing.

• Serve as a sounding board for new programs, initiatives, and partnerships.

• Attend two 1-hour virtual meetings per month to provide insights and feedback.
