CBC INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Medical Supervisor to join their team in Dubai, with responsibilities covering Dubai, Northern Emirates, and Abu Dhabi. The role is focused on high-quality skincare brands and requires a professional with experience in dermatology, sales supervision, and team leadership. The Medical Supervisor will mentor sales representatives, implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, guiding them to achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.

• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists and healthcare professionals to promote products.

• Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities.

• Plan and execute daily customer visits in alignment with company requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Biochemistry.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the medical field, with dermatologists, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

• Knowledge of medical products and healthcare industry regulations.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Valid UAE driving license and personal car.
