Combuzz HR Solutions is hiring a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai requires a driven, relationship-focused individual with prior experience in medical sales and hospital networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Build strong relationships with key medical stakeholders

• Plan and manage daily sales calls and visit schedules

• Maintain expert product knowledge and share it confidently

• Submit daily call reports and market insights to management

• Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends

• Participate in medical events, product launches, and campaigns

• Ensure all practices align with ethical and regulatory standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Valid UAE Driving License is a must

• Willing to travel locally within assigned territory

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

Salary: AED 6,000–8,000/month
