DAMANA Insurance is seeking an Emirati national to join as a Medical Claims Processor. This role involves processing medical claims (electronic, paper, and reimbursement) while ensuring compliance with company protocols and accuracy in claim adjudication. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for Emirati professionals interested in starting or continuing their career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process electronic, manual paper, and reimbursement medical claims.

• Perform claims data entry and medical review.

• Follow pre-approval protocols as outlined in the provider handbook.

• Ensure financial accuracy by adhering to system-driven price list information.

• Coordinate with the pre-approval and network teams for claims adjudication.

• Communicate with providers to explain claim rejections.

• Support the Team Leader and Operations Manager in improving processes and systems.

• Follow the Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) and company policies.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

• Emirati nationals only.

• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Interest in or experience within the insurance/medical claims field (training provided).
