Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join their Industrial Medicine team in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting medical staff in conducting physical assessments, managing health records, and assisting in occupational health services to ensure employee safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-employment physicals, drug/alcohol screenings, vision and hearing tests.

• Record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

• Assist physicians and registered nurses in treating minor work-related injuries.

• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHRs) for employees.

• Document medical histories, exam results, and injury reports following privacy regulations.

• Support compliance documentation for OSHA requirements.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate communication with employees and management.

• Manage medical supplies and ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of instruments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Licensed Nurse in home country.

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Willingness to relocate to Western Region of Abu Dhabi.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 60 hours per week with 1–2 days off depending on operational needs.

• AED 3,500/month salary.
