This entry-level, full-time role involves assisting with media operations, social media coordination, report preparation, inventory management, and technical troubleshooting. The position offers hands-on training and exposure to media technologies and digital content support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare media reports and documentation.

• Manage media inventory, including equipment tracking and procurement assistance.

• Coordinate content creation and scheduling on social media platforms.

• Test and maintain virtual and IT devices, ensuring proper functionality.

• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for media or IT equipment.

• Assist in the setup and configuration of media hardware and software.

• Conduct research for media content development and campaign planning.

• Operate and manage media servers, including content uploads and digital organization.

• Contribute to improving department processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in media operations, social media, or a related field (freshers with relevant internship/project experience may apply).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with media software like PLEX, EMBY, or similar tools is a plus.

• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and usage.

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and equipment maintenance.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

• Proactive learner with a positive, can-do attitude.
