Job Overview:

BEEAH is hiring a Mechatronics Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated waste management equipment, with a specific focus on robotics systems, PLC controls, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems in heavy-duty equipment (e.g., refuse compactors and bin washers)

• Perform high-quality diagnostics using specialized tools and software

• Read and interpret hydraulic circuit and PLC/electrical diagrams

• Maintain accurate records and daily progress reports

• Collaborate with engineers and workshop teams on technical issues

• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and safety regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in fleet workshops

• Strong understanding of hydraulic, electronic, and mechatronic systems

• Ability to read electrical and PLC schematics (required); hydraulic diagrams (preferred)

• OEM training certification is highly desirable

• Familiarity with side-loading refuse compactors and bin washers is a plus
