DP World is hiring an MCV HSSEQ Manager to manage and ensure HSSEQ compliance for assigned vessels, maintaining KPIs and performance standards. The role involves leading the safety team, liaising with clients and authorities, promoting safety culture, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including ISO, ISM, ISPS, and other maritime standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface between MCV and Group management on HSSEQ matters.

• Act as HSSE representative in client meetings, authorities, and external forums.

• Lead and mentor the safety team, setting and monitoring KPIs to drive HSE performance.

• Participate in shore- and vessel-based safety meetings to engage employees and improve safety culture.

• Conduct inductions and training on company HSSEQ policies for employees and crew.

• Promote the Company’s Control of Work processes and safe working practices.

• Deliver against the Self-Verification Program (SVP) and implement local corrective actions.

• Analyze regional performance data, identify trends, and implement effective measures.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HSSEQ performance to clients and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional Qualification or Certification in QHSSE; NEBOSH preferred.

• DPA and CSO qualification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in development and implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, preferably for offshore supply vessels.

• Experience interacting with clients on HSE matters and promoting HSE culture.

• Experienced mariner preferred.

• Proficiency as an internal auditor for ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

• Experienced incident investigator leader.

• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS codes, MLC, MARPOL, SOLAS, ISO, OHSAS, and other statutory regulations.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly regarding HSE standards.
