About the Role

We are looking for a Director/Senior Director to join our Middle East Strategic Communications practice on a temporary basis. This role focuses on capital markets and financial communications, where you will work with some of the world’s largest public and private companies.

You will play a crucial role in shaping company narratives and driving strategic communication initiatives for capital market audiences, including investors, financial media, buy-side and sell-side analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic financial communications for IPOs, M&A, crisis management, and corporate restructuring.

• Craft equity stories and manage financial calendar communications for listed companies.

• Engage with capital market stakeholders, including institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.

• Provide guidance on ESG, stewardship, and governance issues.

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to drive insights-based communication strategies.

• Lead multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality advisory services and timely execution of projects.

What You Need to Succeed:

✅ 15+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, equity capital markets, or equity research—preferably within consultancy.
✅ Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital markets, investor behavior, and financial strategy.
✅ Deep knowledge of buy-side and sell-side analysts, as well as financial media networks.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
✅ Ability to simplify complex financial information and create compelling messaging.
✅ Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
✅ Based in the UAE, with knowledge of the regional business landscape.
