Iustitia Global is hiring a Mason & Driver for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will perform masonry work, including cement, brickwork, stonework, and renovation tasks, while also operating and maintaining company vehicles for material transport. This role requires technical expertise in construction, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform masonry tasks such as cement work, brickwork, stonework, and renovations.

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and tools.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites to support project completion.

• Maintain vehicles in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Proven skills in masonry, cement, brickwork, and stonework.

• Hands-on experience with renovation projects.

• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Relevant certifications or vocational training in masonry or construction preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role within construction or maintenance industry is an advantage.
