The Charm Bar is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support the Marketing & Social Media Manager across three innovative and fast-growing brands:

The Charm Bar – Waterproof custom charm experience designed for self-expression.

Aglaiia Permanent Jewelry – A welded fine jewelry experience.

Aglaiia Waterproof Jewelry – Minimalist, non-tarnish jewelry for everyday wear.
This role is perfect for a creative thinker who can balance strategy with storytelling, keeping brands at the forefront of social media trends while ensuring visuals and messaging remain sharp and impactful.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing multi-platform social media strategies.

Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, reels, stories, carousels).

Track trends, formats, and platform updates; adapt strategies for each brand.

Support campaign planning, events/activations, and collaborations.

Report on performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Manage community interactions by responding to messages and comments on TikTok and Instagram.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong creative thinking with excellent visual storytelling ability.

Proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar).

Knowledge of content calendars, KPIs, and community engagement strategies.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for jewelry, lifestyle, and experiential retail.
