The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DCTCM) is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead strategic partnerships and co-op marketing initiatives across commercial and sports sectors. This full-time, on-site role focuses on enhancing marketing efforts by leveraging partner ecosystems, loyalty programs, and collaborative content strategies. The position demands a blend of innovative thinking, executional excellence, and strategic alignment to strengthen brand visibility and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive strategic partnerships across commercial and sports sectors aligned with marketing strategy

  • Plan and execute co-op marketing campaigns with partners

  • Develop innovative partnership models including loyalty programs

  • Collaborate with external partners (fashion brands, social platforms, etc.) and internal teams to manage content portfolios

  • Analyze performance metrics to improve brand awareness and audience engagement

  • Drive commercial strategies to support organizational growth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in partnership development, marketing strategy, and campaign execution

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content marketing, and loyalty ecosystems

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

  • Background in commercial, tourism, or sports marketing is highly preferred
