Financial Planner Life is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join their growing team in Dubai. This is a foundational role, responsible for managing operations, scaling marketing systems, and executing content distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and marketing management, with expertise in building systems and workflows, as well as a passion for content and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:

  • Manage client delivery, including booking guests and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Build and document processes for smooth operation.

  • Implement and manage systems (Go High Level, CRM, automation, LinkedIn outreach).

  • Oversee project workflows from concept to delivery.

• Marketing Execution:

  • Schedule and post content across social channels.

  • Set up newsletters and email funnels.

  • Develop and implement lead generation and coaching campaign workflows.

  • Assist with paid ad setups (LinkedIn/Meta a bonus).

• Content Distribution:

  • Help manage and grow the YouTube channel through SEO, scheduling, and analytics.

  • Coordinate podcast release schedules and content repurposing.

  • Create automation to efficiently distribute content.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create and improve processes.

• Experience with building and managing systems, tools, and automation workflows.

• Marketing knowledge, particularly in content, data, funnels, and conversions.

• Familiarity with YouTube or content strategy.

• Ability to work independently and directly with the founder.

• Ability to build and scale a team as the business grows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in operations and marketing roles.

• Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate) and able to work on-site.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in a creative agency, podcast business, or content-driven startup.

• Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube).

• Experience using tools like Zapier, Go High Level, or similar for marketing automation.

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 AED per month (Dependent on Experience)
