This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a young graduate or early-career professional looking to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, international environment. The selected candidate will support marketing and operational initiatives and report directly to the Marketing & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and supporting operational projects

• Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups

• Handle scheduling, documentation, and reporting

• Support supplier and partner communication

• Prepare materials for meetings and presentations

• Conduct market research and aid in event planning

• Ensure brand consistency across various platforms

• Take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Proactive, eager to learn, and self-motivated

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CRM systems, or social media platforms is a plus

• Interest in the luxury, design, or maritime sectors is advantageous

• Ability to thrive independently in a high-paced environment
