Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop & Implement Marketing Strategy – Align marketing efforts with organizational goals to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
✔ Brand Identity & Positioning – Strengthen brand recognition and market positioning within the education sector.
✔ Lead Generation & Enrollment Growth – Execute targeted campaigns to attract new enrollments.
✔ Digital & Social Media Management – Oversee engaging campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
✔ SEO & Online Advertising – Manage Google Ads, SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and email marketing to optimize reach.
✔ Content Creation & Media Relations – Develop videos, blogs, newsletters, and press releases to enhance brand awareness.
✔ Social Media Calendar & Engagement Events – Plan and execute content schedules, parent engagement events, open days, and community programs.
✔ Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with industry influencers, media, and community stakeholders to boost visibility.
✔ Market Analysis & Reporting – Track industry trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to refine strategies.
✔ Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with nursery managers to create compelling promotional activities and communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus!).
📈 5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in education or service industries).
🌐 Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media management.
📊 Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid advertising strategies.
🎨 Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
🤝 Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
🚀 Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
✈ Flexibility to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Salary:

💰 AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
