UAS International Trip Support, a global leader in aviation solutions, is hiring a Marketing Manager to join its Dubai-based team. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a dynamic professional with proven expertise in multi-channel campaigns, affiliate marketing, and event planning.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns, managing affiliate partnerships, supporting event activations, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, affiliate, and on-ground channels.

  • Manage creation of marketing assets including brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and presentations.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and on-brand execution.

  • Organize and execute marketing events and activations to support brand visibility and business objectives.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication and customer-facing touchpoints.

  • Manage affiliate marketing programs to increase traffic, lead generation, and conversions.

  • Recruit and manage affiliate partners while nurturing relationships to maximize marketing performance.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign metrics; implement optimization strategies.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and evolving marketing tools.

  • Assist in budget tracking, marketing admin tasks, and end-to-end campaign project management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall strategy and goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, including campaign execution, affiliate marketing, and event management.

  • Strong background in event logistics, vendor coordination, and brand activations preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities in high-paced environments.

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate tracking systems, and email platforms.

  • Experience with sponsorships and co-marketing initiatives is an added advantage.
