Kinetic is partnering with a leading Medical Device company in Dubai to hire a highly skilled Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and leading a team to support marketing functions. This position requires expertise in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals across various platforms.

• Prepare and create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

• Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.

• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize future strategies.

• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives to maintain consistent company messaging.

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and achieving marketing goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing within the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.

• Strong expertise in Marketing KPIs, Online Marketing, and SEO management.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

• Creative thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Must be willing to relocate to KSA as business needs require.
