Beiersdorf, the global skincare leader behind brands like NIVEA, Eucerin, La Prairie, and Labello, is looking for a Marketing Intern for its Eucerin brand in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for students passionate about skincare, marketing, and innovation to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while supporting 360° marketing campaigns, product launches, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns and activations.

Support innovation projects, including product launches and re-launches.

Contribute to market share analysis and action plan development.

Help coordinate artwork, campaign assets, and communication materials.

Prepare regular performance updates and reports for the Eucerin brand.

Conduct desk research for competitive analysis, pricing, and market positioning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, eCommerce, Sales, Marketing) for seamless execution.

Stay up to date with skincare and marketing trends, sharing insights with the team.
Qualifications & Skills:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

Positive attitude, highly organized, detail-oriented, and growth mindset.

Passionate about skincare and emerging trends.

Experience in skincare companies or marketing agencies (internship/part-time) is a plus.

Fluent in English (corporate language).

Based in Dubai with flexibility for hybrid work (up to 2 days remote).
