• One Wins All, an early-stage crypto startup, is seeking a data-driven and creative Marketing & Growth Specialist to scale user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and design teams, develop multi-channel marketing strategies, analyze growth metrics, and run A/B tests to optimize conversions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including organic, paid, referral, and influencer campaigns.

• Manage user acquisition campaigns across social media, crypto communities, and niche platforms.

• Collaborate on content creation for blog posts, newsletters, and in-app announcements.

• Analyze growth metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion and retention rates.

• Build and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and crypto ambassadors.

• Work with product teams to enhance user onboarding and in-app engagement.

• Stay updated with trends in crypto, gaming, and fintech to keep campaigns relevant.

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

• Proven experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, X/Twitter).

• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

• Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.

• Experience marketing to Gen Z and millennial users is a plus.

• Familiarity with crypto ecosystems, DeFi, or Web3 communities is a strong bonus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a startup or early-stage product environment.

• Background in community building, social media, or Discord/Telegram engagement.

• Proficiency in graphic/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
