Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join Team Red Dot and play a key role in executing content and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. This role involves working closely with different teams to develop engaging campaigns, manage client success stories, and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimize content for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign performance.
• Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Maintain up-to-date case studies and client success stories for Team Red Dot’s archives.
• Assist the sales team with presentations and marketing collateral.
• Log all sales activities and maintain client contact lists in NetSuite.
• Support in creating monthly newsletters and liaise with PR agencies to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in cost estimation, POs, invoices, and payments with the finance team.
• Manage marketing merchandise and corporate gifts, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and website management.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
