Job Description:
An international group of high-end restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of F&B outlets to maintain high standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, train, and motivate the operations team, ensuring smooth workflow and staff performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to optimize profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to European nationals.
• Female, aged 35 and below.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management within the F&B industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
